1. Install application

Install Paave application for IOS, Android:

- Go to App store/ Play store on mobile device

- Search Paave

- Tap Install to download the app to your mobile device

2. Sign up

Step 1: New user registration

➢ Users can create a new account with Paave:

  • Email: This email will receive OTP to activate the account
  • Login password: Login password must contain at least 6 characters
  • Confirm password: Re-enter new password

➢ Click Sign up.

Step 2: Account verification

➢ Enter the OTP code sent to your registered email for verification.

➢ Click Verify .

Step 3: Set up an account name

➢ Enter account's username and your full name.

➢ Click Next.

Step 4: Get Started

➢ Now you are ready to use the app.

➢ Click Get started to start.

3. Sign in

➢ Users can log in to Paave by entering:

  • Email: Registered email
  • Password
  • Check the checkbox Remember me to save the Account ID for the next login (optional)

➢ Click Sign in to log in to the system.

4. Forgot password

This function is used to retrieve password when you forgot password.

Step 1:

➢ In the Sign In screen, tap Forgot Password.

Step 2:

➢ Enter the registered email to receive the OTP verification code.

➢ Click Submit.

Step 3:

➢ Enter the OTP sent to the email for authentication.

➢ Click Verify.

Step 4:

➢ Create a new password (Password must contain at least 6 characters).

➢ Click Submit. The system will notify the successful password change and return to the Login screen.
